Bike Taupō 2026 Annual General Meeting

The Bike Taupō Committee invites members and supporters to attend our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is an opportunity to reflect on the past year, look ahead, and help shape the future of biking in our community.

🕠 Time: 5:30pm

📍 Location: Sport House, 39 AC Baths Avenue, Taupō

What’s on the agenda?

At this year’s AGM, we’ll cover:

  • Confirmation of the previous AGM minutes

  • Presentation and adoption of the Annual Report

  • Adoption of the financial statements

  • Setting membership fees for the coming year

  • Election of Officers to the Committee

  • Member motions and any general business raised
