Indemnity
I recognise that, as with many sports, there are risks involved in mountain bike riding. I participate in Club events and activities at my own risk, and release and discharge the Club and its members from all claims of damages, demands or actions whatsoever in any manner arising out of my participation.

Personal Information Authority
I give permission for my name and address details to be forwarded to Mountain Bike NZ, who will keep the information in a confidential database. I understand that MTBNZ will use affiliated Club total membership numbers only for the purpose of attracting Government support for mountain biking.
