We are slowly chipping away at this one.   After liaising with Transit NZ we have been advised putting a pedestrian blister island across our desired point is not feasible.  Therefore we are once again pursuing the underpass or reopening a current culvert in the vicinity of Rainbow Drive.  Fingers crossed!!  Watch this space.
