| Last
week the Rotary Club of Taupo Moana approved funding of $30,000 for Bike Taupo to develop shared tracks in the TDC gullies.
So today the Bike Taupo Team and TDC
representatives went on a reconnaissance mission to plan a shared
recreational path linking Hyde Ave to Richmond Ave and further down to
2 Mile Bay.
The track will be a fantastic safe alternative for school children,
bikers and walkers and should encourage even more people to save their
petrol money... |
