We are now hiring bikes from "The Hub". Located across from Crater's of the Moon off S.H. 1 and next to Helistar Helicopters.

Park your car here and head off by bike. No need to transport!! There are an extensive network of Mountain Bike trails around the Crater's of the Moon geothermal area at Wairakei Park just over the road. Or bike 5 minutes down to the Huka Falls and follow the trail alongside the scenic Waikato River to Spa Park or to the Aratiatia Dam.

All rides are suitable for both individuals and groups, minimum numbers may apply.

Ratings:

(1)-(2) Suitable for first timers, fairly flat and smooth.

(3)-(4) Some short challenging climbs / descents. Above average fitness required.

Excellent fitness and an above average skill level. Ratings shown are for your own comfort and safety.
